Images and sound recordings made from 2021 to 2023

Sound composition was made using field recordings gathered while making the images for Perennial and with a sonically converted image from the series to create an underlying drone below the sequence of sound bites.

Selection from Perennial was featured in East Manning Project’s “True Ecology” exhibition in 2024.

This series was made as part of my thesis for my MFA at University of Massachusetts Dartmouth

Book maquette published independently through Sad Bird, 61 plates, writing by Walker Downey, printed by Edition One in Richmond, CA. Edition of 5. NFS. Copies of this edition are held by Illinois State University special collections and University of Massachusetts special collections.

30” x 40” and 25” x 30” archival inkjet prints mounted on gator board, collecting available upon request.

Installation at the University of Massachusetts MFA Thesis exhibition, March to May 2023 included 11 gator-board mounted archival inkjet prints, the book maquette and the sound composition.
