Where the Prayers are like Weeds
In the late summer of 2019, I started shooting hundreds to thousands of photographs on various formats that has become a subjective portrait of my home region of the Midwest. From the vast cornfields to the tight streets of Chicagoland, the Midwest has been serving as a potent canvas for me to point my cameras toward. This work aims to show the viewers the subtle poetry of middle America.
